I have to admit I was a little nervous dealing over the phone 150 miles away. Eric Franklin was awesome to deal with to get what we wanted. He would have delivered but we wanted to drive up from TN. I had excellent service from the first phone call to schedule my oil change. The young gentleman, Luke Richards, was very professional and courteous. Worked with me on a time that fit my schedule. When I dropped my car off, I chose to wait until it was finished. My car was taken in, service was done in a very timely fashion!!! So happy I chose Don Franklin Russell Springs to buy my car and do my maintenance there!!!

He had it on the lot in less than 2 hours, helped me get the trade in amount I was asking for on my car and explained every step clearly. They do pretty good but it usually takes an hour for an oil change. That's a long time when you have to have an appointment. The other issue is that it takes more than a week to get an appointment. I'm limited to when I can get time thru the week to get an oil change and not having any Saturday options makes it even harder. You sell cars on Saturday, why can't you maintenance them on Saturday as well?

I was disappointed that the Russell Springs location of Don Franklin Chevrolet was not staffed and equipped to do warranty service on my extended range electric 2014 Volt. I need to have that work done at the Somerset location, 30 miles away. If General Motors still plans to be "all electric" in 20 years, their dealers will need to service those vehicles.
