I have to admit I was a little nervous dealing over the phone 150 miles away. Eric Franklin was awesome to deal with to get what we wanted. He would have delivered but we wanted to drive up from TN. I had the pleasure of working with Brandon Roy last week. I was nervous purchasing out of state site unseen and was in a time crunch. I had excellent service from the first phone call to schedule my oil change. The young gentleman, Luke Richards, was very professional and courteous. Worked with me on a time that fit my schedule. When I dropped my car off, I chose to wait until it was finished. My car was taken in, service was done in a very timely fashion!!! So happy I chose Don Franklin Russell Springs to buy my car and do my maintenance there!!!

Scheduled an appointment at 7:30 , so I could be the first in and out. Just needed a new key programmed. Other customers came and went while I waited. Did not get truck until 9:30, for just a key programmed. Why make an appointment when they are not honored. Inconsiderate of customers time.
Service department is horrible. They damaged my vehicle and refused to fix it. I made an appointment for service, took off work to come in only to have them tell me they made a mistake and could only get me in next week. Do NOT ever buy a car here or have work done here.

2nd time I took Duramax in for a light after I leave throws engine light again now there software prints every light that has been on and cleared and theres no way my 100 engine diagnostic compares to theres not to mention the checklist they have printed and ignored even the recalls were missed ! Fred Maynard is a great salesman! Didn't have what I was looking for on the lot, but he found one within minutes at another location. He had it on the lot in less than 2 hours, helped me get the trade in amount I was asking for on my car and explained every step clearly. Definitely the first sincere car dealership salesperson I have ever dealt with!

Best place to buy a vehicle
The staff was friendly, I chose to finance through the dealership because they gave me a better deal on my trade. They came back with a very high interest rate above 4%. I found a deal of 2.34% through my own bank and when I told them I wasn’t going to finance through them they threatened to reduce my trade value if I didn’t use their bank. Then like magic they came up with a 2.7% rate and “allowed” me to keep my trade value. These are very shady practices and it makes me wonder how many other people they are ... Front office sales is great. Service greeted me for first service. Service tech gave me the dirtiest look i have ever gotten. I nodded my head with a smile when he dropped the keys and the paperwork then turned back and gave me an even dirtier look. Didnt grow up here but based on the look i must have taken his prom date home several decades ago. Sorry dude you got the wrong guy.

Worst customer service ever
Horrible customer service after the car was delivered and signed on. Two days after I bought the car, the check engine light came on. Mind you this is only 200 miles after I purchased it. They said they would try to help fix, but then preceded to blow me off. Contacted again after a week, to which once again they said they would try to help. One again, I got blown off. It appears from other reviews that Don Franklin, Russell Springs is doing something right, but I just cannot agree. My recent service experiences in mid march on my car were very frustrating. Had I follow the original assessment of the reason my backup camera stopped working would have cost me over $1,500. Rather than follow the mechanic so called expert advise, I did a little homework of my own.
